On this rainy Thursday, I’m taking my courage in both hands and changing the way I run my days.
See, I used to have good habits – up early, tightly scheduled day, lots done. That’s drifted recently and I’m not sure why. Maybe to do with moving house, but still. That’s just an excuse.
Perhaps it’s because I’m scared of what’ll happen if I actually do all the stuff I’ve been planning. Cos planning ain’t doing! It feels like it is, but it’s not. There comes a point when planning ceases to be useful and instead becomes a comfy, warm obstacle that gets in your way.
So today, I’m Doing Something.
What are you going to do? May I suggest you start with your courage and your confidence?
Need some help finding your path? Grab a copy of my book, Business For Superheroes here.
Vicky Fraser is a copywriter, author, and entrepreneur. She really did run away with the circus… but when she’s not swinging from a trapeze, she’s showing other copywriters and small business owners how to work with better clients, make more money, and stop missing bathtimes, first words, and dinners with angry partners. In fact, she wrote the book on it. Get your copy here.
PS This blog post is inspired by Dominic, one of my newer Inner Circle Members. He runs a dog adventure company and he’s just done my book course – and his book is at the printers now – and is about to launch his own Inner Circle-style group for dog owners. I’m deeply delighted with him because he’s done so much in such a short space of time. He’s living proof of what you can achieve when you set goals and take action to reach them.
What will you do this week? Make it epic.
