In a couple of weeks, I’m giving a talk and doing a workshop at my mentor’s event.
Jon McCulloch, aka the Evil Bald Genius, asked me to come and talk about one of the things I do best: helping businesses be more fucking interesting.
I was pretty chuffed, because Jon’s well known as pretty much the highest-paid copywriter in Europe. He’s worked with multimillionaires to make them even more multi, he’s lauded by Dan Kennedy, and he’s sought-after by marketers whose names you’ll definitely recognise.
So you can imagine I was even more chuffed when his daily email landed in my MacBook the other day and it contained this…
“Tricky Vicky Fraser, she of the trapeze, chicken farming, and pole dancing.
“Vicky is one of the very few people in my industry I really rate. I kinda took her under my wing a couple of years ago because I saw immediately she was one of a kind. And in some areas, like the one where she’ll be sharing her secrets with you, it’s a case of the student surpassing the master. I finally knew she was on the right track when she screamed “You’re a fucking peasant!” at me across the crowded bar in Cork.
Well, almost truth. I didn’t scream. I don’t scream across crowded bars. I delicately bellowed it.
(He was dissing cheese)
Anyway. My point is this: over the years I have learned and listened and read and done — and I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and created my own take on things. No “me too” marketing here — no one-size-fits-all.
Everyone’s business is different, every person is different.
So I don’t take strategies and principles and try to shoehorn you into them so they fit. I show you how to take the stuff I know works, and bend it and shape it so it works for you.
Try it out, here:
Vicky Fraser is a copywriter, author, and entrepreneur. She really did run away with the circus… but when she’s not swinging from a trapeze, she’s showing other copywriters and small business owners how to work with better clients, make more money, and stop missing bathtimes, first words, and dinners with angry partners. In fact, she wrote the book on it. Get your copy here.
